Dragomano integrates with Xero to automate financial workflows and keep billing data in sync across systems. Sync customers, invoices, and bills automatically so your finance and localisation teams work from the same canonical data. When a translation project is completed, Dragomano can create draft invoices or link project costs to existing Xero customers, reducing double-entry and speeding up billing cycles.

Our Xero connector supports one-way and two-way syncs, configurable mapping for customer records and tax settings, and batched or real-time updates depending on your reconciliation cadence. We implement safeguards for duplicate detection, error reporting, and retry logic, and map line-item metadata so invoices in Xero reflect translation units, services, and any negotiated rates.

For finance and compliance, we preserve audit trails and support secure OAuth flows, encrypted transit, and configurable data-retention policies.
